Natalie Alhonte Braga joined CLS in 2007 and brings a wide array of experience in the public affairs and international areas of public relations. Currently, Ms. Alhonte Braga helps to coordinate communications campaigns for several international, corporate and non-for profit clients at CLS, including the Ron Brown Scholar Program, the Santo Domingo Group, and Hunt Oil. 

Prior to joining CLS, Ms. Alhonte Braga worked for PATRI, Brazil’s largest government relations firm.  Before joining the private sector, Ms. Alhonte worked as a program assistant for the United Nations Association where she worked on human rights advocacy such as the protection of child soldiers in Uganda.  Ms. Alhonte also served as co-chair of the Women’s Committee for the Washington, D.C. chapter of YPIC, a national young professionals group.  Today, she continues to serve on the board of directors for several international non-governmental organizations.

Ms. Alhonte has a Bachelor’s degree in international communications from American University in Washington, D.C. She is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and has lived and worked in both Colombia and Brazil.
