Rob
Haralson joined CLS in 2008 bringing over ten years of public policy and
communications experience in
Prior
to joining CLS, Mr. Haralson was the Director of Technology Policy
Communications and New Media Strategies at 463 Communications, a
technology-focused communications consultancy where he worked with companies
like Sun Microsystems, VeriSign, NXP Semiconductors, and associations such as
the Consumer Electronics Association, TechNet, and the Technology CEO Council.
Prior
to working at 463, Mr. Haralson served as Director of Communications and
Director of Education and Workforce Policy for American Electronics Association
(AeA). While at AeA, Rob managed all media efforts for the organization's
public policy initiatives at the federal and state levels. He also served as a lobbyist
and policy analyst for federal and state specific workforce issues including
education, health care, immigration, outsourcing and stock options.
Mr.
Haralson also served several years in the House of Representatives as the
Director of Communications and Legislative Aide to U.S. Representative John J.
Duncan, Jr. (R-TN), and in the Senate for the Committee on Energy and Natural
Resources.
